Abstract
We reporoted a case of a 54-year-old non-immune-compromised woman with renal aspergilloma. Renal aspergilloma have rarely been reported in non-immune compromised patients. In this case, the patient underwent radical nephrectomy because the renal lesion mimicked renal cell carcinoma on CT scan. No recurrence was observed 1 year after radical nephrectomy.
